The Space

Enjoy the beautiful c1800’s Georgian style architecture while in creature comforts of the new renovation with high end appliances and furnished with beautiful modern fittings.
3 bedroom well designed self contained home.
Free unlimited WIFI. Essentials including toiletries, coffee and tea will be waiting for you to help you get settled.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher oven, gas stove, microwave, toaster, fridge, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery and Nespresso machine (BYO standard pods). Gas BBQ is available on the outdoor terrace for use for AU$50.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with ceiling fans, portable airconditioning and heaters.

Room 3: Double bed + Single Bed + Single Trundle
Bathroom 1 is upstairs and has a bath tub with shower, toilet and basin.
Bathroom 2 on the ground floor has a toilet and basin only with the clothes washing machine & dryer.
Towels and bed linen all provided.
Please request for bed linen if you are planning to use the 2 single pull out trundle beds upstairs 48 hours before your arrival.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
Kids play ground right across the road with a public BBQ area. Barangaroo Reserve right across the road. Swimming hole using the ocean water is 3 minutes walk near Hickson Road.

There is The Cutaway exhibition hall across the road under the ground, so some noise may be experienced during the day time when they are working inside or holding exhibits.

You will have the entire house to yourself.

PARKING:
You can purchase Street parking permits from me for $55 per calendar day to park outside the house. Secure one as soon as possible as I have limited supply.

Wilson Secure parking station at Barangaroo Reserve on Hickson Road 5 minutes walk away. You can check their website for their price based on what time you want to use it. The street parking right outside the apartment is metered between 8am and 10pm and you can purchase parking tickets from the street parking meter with a maximum of 2 hours at a time. It costs approximately $8 per hour or purchase a street parking permit from me.

HERITAGE & HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE
Millers Point is one of the earliest areas of European settlement in Australia, and a focus for maritime activities. Merriman Street contains housing groups of the utmost historical importance. Merriman Street contains a substantial collection of Georgian style Victorian terraces. It contains residential buildings and civic spaces dating from the 1830s and is an important example of C19th adaptation of the landscape.

Sofa bed are not made as they will take up the whole living room walking space. Please make them when you need to use them. The pillows and blanket for the sofa bed are in the bedroom cupboard.
