The space
8 room, 4 bathroom self contained homes across 4 terrace apartments in one block.
Featuring The Darling 6 Star hotel’s king bed, Bubuland Home’s Melbourne designer dusty pink occasion chairs, luxurious blue velvet signature chairs quality leather lounge sofa beds and Meile washing machine.
Essentials including unlimited wifi internet, coffee, tea, kitchen basics and toiletries will be waiting for you to help you get settled.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle fridge, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery and Nespresso machine (bring your own pods or purchase 10 for $10 from me.. A washing machine and dryer is also available for you to use.
Bedding, linen and towels provided.

Room 1: King bed
Room 2: Double bed, Single bed and pull out Single trundle bed
Apartment #2:
Room 3: King bed
Room 4: Double bed, Single bed and pull out Single trundle bed
Apartment #3:

Room 6: Double bed, Single bed and pull out Single trundle bed
Apartment #4:
Room 7: King bed
Room 8: Double bed, Single bed

All 4 apartments living area has a Double sofa bed
Request for trundle and sofa bedding and linen 48 hours before arrival if required.

The magnificent tallest tower in Sydney and the surrounding Barangaroo precinct is being built on the waterfront at Barangaroo which may have construction noise during the daytime only. Being right in the middle of Sydney you may also hear the hum of the city.

The street parking right outside the apartment is metered between 8am and 10pm and you can purchase parking tickets from the street parking meter with a maximum of 2 hours at a time. It costs approximately $8 per hour.

HERITAGE & HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE
High Street at The Rocks is situated on an escarpment above Hickson Road, with views overlooking the Girri Girri steps, Nawi Cove and Barangaroo. The site is a part of a group of Federation era terraces/cottage flats (2-36 High Street) designed by Walter E. Adams, constructed c.1911 and developed by the Sydney Harbour Trust for the waterside workers as a part of the post-plague redevelopment of The Rocks, Dawes Point and Millers Point. Basic equipped kitchen with brand new microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, rice cooker, portable electric stove, convection glass oven, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, Nespresso machine (BYO pods). Washing machine and dryer combo is in the back courtyard.
Bathroom, dining, kitchen and living room is on the ground floor. Lounge is Arthur G Australian Designer bespoke leather couch.
There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. Stairs are Victorian style and have shorter treads. My 1.5yo and 3 year old kids walks down them backwards. Elderly with limited mobility will find them challenging.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, 1 king single bed, 1 pull out single trundle. Roller blinds to balcony are blockout material. There is a skylight in the ceiling that will let the beautiful morning sun in. Bring am eye patch if you would like to sleep in.
Bedroom 2 has 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 pull out single trundle.
Warm electric blankets are provided to keep you toasty in winter. Curtains are made from blockout material.

Update 20 June 2023: There is construction happening at the end of the street. Construction noise may occur during the day and work will cease in the late afternoon and night.
