Self contained basic apartment spanning across 2 levels. Wall mounted air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms.
Featuring polished hardwood floors and granite kitchen top.
Essentials including unlimited WIFI internet, coffee, tea, kitchen basics and toiletries will be waiting for you to help you get settled.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery and Nespresso machine (bring your own pods or purchase from me). An internal washing machine and dryer is also available for you to use.
Both bedroom and bathrooms are upstairs.
BATHROOM
Split bathroom where one bathroom contains a shower and basin. The other room contains the toilet and basin. This is helpful for families to get ready without needing to share one bathroom space.
BEDROOM
Each bedrooms has wall mounted air conditioner and ceiling fans.
Room 1: Queen bed
Room 2: Double bed
Living Room: Sofa or airbed
Request for sofa or airbed bedding and linen 48 hours before arrival if required.
NOTE:
1. AIRCON: 2 wall mounted aircon units in the 2 bedrooms upstairs. There is NO aircon downstairs. However, as it is a small apartment space, the cool air from the 2 aircon units in the bedrooms upstairs flows downstairs and throughout the house to cool the whole apartment.
2. PARKING: 1 Free Secure parking space in the apartment complex. Enter via Pembroke Street.
3. STAIRS: This is an older style apartment block, built in 1980’s. There is 7 steps down from the street level to the apartment’s front entry door. 1 level of stairs inside the apartment up to bedrooms and bathroom.
4. BATHROOM: The toilet flusher is missing a cap and the bathroom tiles are slightly dis-coloured. Both are cosmetic and does not stop the functionality of the bathroom.

You will have the entire apartment to yourself.

Only 1 free secure parking space in the complex. Closest parking station is 5 minutes walk away at Wilson’s Secure Parking – 55 Holt Street, Surry Hills. Check their rates online.
