Walk 1 minute away to enjoy sweeping water views of the iconic Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge and grab a ferry straight into the CBD.
The space
2 bedroom self contained apartment on the front side of a Federation single storey duplex.
Essentials including unlimited wifi internet, coffee, tea, kitchen basics and toiletries will be waiting for you to help you get settled.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery and Nespresso machine (bring your own pods or purchase 10 for $10 from me). A washing machine/dryer combo is also available for you to use.

If you need to use the sofabed, please advise me 2 days beforehand. Bedroom blinds are block out material.
NOTE: There is renovations next door during the day time so there will be construction noise during the daytime until July 2026.

You will have the entire apartment to yourself.

PARKING:
2 hour limit free parking on the street between 8:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday. All other times is unlimited time free parking. Luna Park Parking station is 10 minutes walk away and has paid secure parking.
HERITAGE & HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE
Kirribilli was home to several politicians in the critical Federation-era of the 1890s/1900s when Australia’s colonies came together as a Commonwealth. It is still home to the Governor-General and the Prime Minister a few doors down from this property. Kirribilli is an Aboriginal name. The point was a favourite fishing spot for the Cammeraygal people.
Sofa bed are not made as they will take up the whole living room walking space. Please make them when you need to use them. The pillows and blanket for the sofa bed are in the bedroom cupboard.
