The space

Featuring Smeg kitchen cooktop, this self contained cottage is newly setup with with basic home necessities.
Free unlimited WIFI, smart TV, heaters and wall mounted air-conditioner on both levels the house to keep you warm in Winter and cool in Summer.
Bedroom blinds are block out material.

Room 1 – Queen bed (upstairs)
Room 2 – Queen bed (upstairs) with wall mounted air-conditioner

Ground floor
Room 3 – Single bed (downstairs shared with dining table)
Living – Double sofa bed with wall mounter air-conditioner
Full Kitchen
Bathroom with shower over step-in bathtub, toilet, basin and laundry with a washer/dryer combo machine.

You will have the entire house to yourself.

Parking:
Street parking is free for a maximum of 1 to 2 hours at a time between 8am to 6pm or 10pm depending on the signage. Then free for unlimited time overnight until 8am in the morning.
Closest secure parking station is 5 minutes walk away at the Seymore Centre or use Parkhound.

Sofa bed are not made as they will take up the whole living room walking space. Please make them when you need to use them. The pillows and blanket for the sofa bed are in the bedroom cupboard.

Level 1: Main bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Ground floor: Room 2, Room 3, living room, dining room, study room, kitchen and bathroom.
Lower ground floor: Room 4, living room, study room, laundry, bathroom and half bathroom.

NOTE: There is an air conditioner in the upstairs living room only. All rooms have fans and heating.
