2 bedroom self contained apartment on the front side of a Federation single storey duplex.
Essentials including unlimited wifi internet, coffee, tea, kitchen basics and toiletries will be waiting for you to help you get settled.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery and Nespresso machine (bring your own pods or purchase 10 for $10 from me). A washing machine/dryer combo is also available for you to use.
The bedding configuration is as follows:

HERITAGE & HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE
Kirribilli was home to several politicians in the critical Federation-era of the 1890s/1900s when Australia’s colonies came together as a Commonwealth. It is still home to the Governor-General and the Prime Minister a few doors down from this property. Kirribilli is an Aboriginal name. The point was a favourite fishing spot for the Cammeraygal people.

HERITAGE & HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE
Millers Point is one of the earliest areas of European settlement in Australia, and a focus for maritime activities. Merriman Street contains housing groups of the utmost historical importance. Merriman Street contains a substantial collection of Georgian style Victorian terraces. It contains residential buildings and civic spaces dating from the 1830s and is an important example of C19th adaptation of the landscape.

Wilson Secure parking station at Barangaroo Hickson Road 5 minutes walk away. You can check their website for their price based on what time you want to use it. The street parking right outside the apartment is metered between 8am and 10pm and you can purchase parking tickets from the street parking meter with a maximum of 2 hours at a time. It costs approximately $8 per hour.

HERITAGE & HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE
High Street at The Rocks is situated on an escarpment above Hickson Road, with views overlooking the Girri Girri steps, Nawi Cove and Barangaroo. The site is a part of a group of Federation era terraces/cottage flats (2-36 High Street) designed by Walter E. Adams, constructed c.1911 and developed by the Sydney Harbour Trust for the waterside workers as a part of the post-plague redevelopment of The Rocks, Dawes Point and Millers Point. As such it is a rare example of a comprehensive urban renewal scheme in NSW.

Sofa bed are not made as they will take up the whole living room walking space. Please make them when you need to use them. The pillows and blanket for the sofa bed are in the bedroom cupboard.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with ceiling fans and airconditioning.

Room 3: 2 Single Beds
Dining Area: 2 Single fold out bed
Living Room: Couch

Bathroom

Bathroom 1: On the ground floor has a shower, toilet and basin. The laundry washing machine is also in this bathroom.
Bathroom 2: Upstairs and has a shower, toilet and basin.
Towels and bed linen provided.

EXTRA BEDS
3 Fold out beds have a maximum load weight of 100kg.
Do you not jump or stand on any part of the fold bed. Only one person at a time on the bed.
The couch is also long enough to be slept on if required.

Please request for bed linen if you are planning to use any of the single fold out beds or plan to sleep on the couch 48 hours before your arrival. The couch is a white leather couch as shown in the picture and is not a fold out sofa bed.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
Kids play ground right across the road with a public BBQ area. Barangaroo Reserve right across the road. Swimming hole using the ocean water is 3 minutes walk near Hickson Road.

There is The Cutaway exhibition hall across the road under the ground, so some noise may be experienced during the day time when they are working inside or holding exhibits.

HERITAGE & HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE
Millers Point is one of the earliest areas of European settlement in Australia, and a focus for maritime activities. Merriman Street contains housing groups of the utmost historical importance. Merriman Street contains a substantial collection of Georgian style Victorian terraces. It contains residential buildings and civic spaces dating from the 1830s and is an important example of C19th adaptation of the landscape.
