Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, BBQ on patio and Nespresso machine (bring your own pods or purchase 10 for $15 from me).

PARKING:
1 parking space at the front of the property. Parking on the street is free for 1 hour between 8am and 10pm. No limit on time over night from 10pm to 8am.
