Original sandstone walls and green outdoor courtyard nestled in a traditional Victorian style terrace house. Renovated kitchen and bathrooms provide modern day comforts. Like reading? We’ve got a huge collection of books!

The space
1 bedroom, 1 bathroom self contained apartment.
Essentials including unlimited WiFi internet, coffee, tea, kitchen basics and toiletries will be waiting for you to help you get settled.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery and Nespresso machine (bring your own pods or purchase 10 for $10 from me). A washing machine is also available for you to use.

Bedding configuration:
– Room 1: Queen bed
– Living Room: double sofa bed
Request for sofa bed linen 48 hours before arrival if required.
Though the sandstone walls keep the apartment at a constant temperature, there is a portable airconditioning unit and heater if required.

Note that there are 2 separate apartments in the building so you may hear people living in the upper level.

Guest access
You will have the entire apartment to yourself. There is another apartment on the lower ground that is not accessible.

It costs approximately $8 per hour.

Millers Point is one of the earliest areas of European settlement in Australia, and a focus for maritime activities. Merriman Street contains housing groups of the utmost historical importance. Merriman Street contains a substantial collection of Georgian style Victorian terraces. It contains residential buildings and civic spaces dating from the 1830s and is an important example of C19th adaptation of the landscape.

2 blocks away from the International Convention Centre (ICC), Powerhouse Museum, Paddy’s Markets, China Town, Factory Outlets, Ian Thorp Aquatic Centre and an abundance of famous foodie restaurants that I will provide a list of.
5 minutes Uber ride (or 15 mins walk) to The Star, Sydney Fish Market, Sydney CBD, Aquarium, Barangaroo, Hyde Park, Central Station and all major attractions.

Bedroom 3: Single bed and Single floor mattress trundle (ground floor)

Stairs are the original Victorian style which are steep with short treads so can be difficult for people with limited mobility. It’s newly carpeted and my 3 year old has no problems using it.
