Cancellation Policy
For stays less than 28 nights
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
For stays 28 nights or longer
Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.

- Check In – After 2pm

Quiet hours between 9pm – 7am
Additional Rules
- To prevent parties and overcrowding, you must be over 24 years old. If you are under 24 y/o, please message me the purpose of your stay before booking.
- Smoke only permitted outside
- No loud noise after 10pm as a respect to other neighbours sleeping.
- Strictly no parties inside the apartment.
- The booked number of people is the maximum number of people that can be in the property at any time.
- Wipe kitchen down after use to prevent staining the marble bench tops and don’t leave food or crumbs around to prevent attracting insects.
- Clean used kitchen utensils and put them back to original spot.
- Put all rubbish in outdoor bins before leaving.
- No flushing wet wipes or anything other than toilet paper in the toilet.
- Only toilet trained pets can stay.
- You will be charged extra if the house is not left in the same state as originally received or if there is excess cleaning required.
- Switch off air-conditioning & heating when leaving the house.
- We reserve the right to terminate your occupancy and evicted immediately at your expense if house rules are not followed.
- You will be charged if items are missing or broken, floor/wall/furniture stains, more than one bag of rubbish in property after check-out, smoke/dirty odour or other damages not mentioned to us on arrival.
