To prevent parties and overcrowding, you must be over 24 years old. If you are under 24 y/o, please message me the purpose of your stay before booking.
Smoke only permitted outside
No loud noise after 10pm as a respect to other neighbours sleeping.
Strictly no parties inside the apartment.
The booked number of people is the maximum number of people that can be in the property at any time.
Wipe kitchen down after use and don’t leave food or crumbs around to prevent attracting insects. – Clean used kitchen utensils and put them back to original spot.
Put all rubbish in outdoor bins before leaving. – No flushing wet wipes or anything other than toilet paper in the toilet.
Only toilet trained pets can stay for a fee per stay.
Cleaning is included where the house is left in the same state, however if excess cleaning is required, you will be charged.
Switch off air-conditioning & heating when leaving the house.
We reserve the right to terminate your occupancy and evicted immediately at your expense if house rules are not followed.
You will be charged if items are missing or broken, floor/wall/furniture stains, more than one bag of rubbish in property after check-out, smoke/dirty odour or other damages not mentioned to us on arrival.
