The space

3 bedroom self contained home.
Essentials including unlimited wifi internet, coffee, tea, kitchen basics and toiletries will be waiting for you to help you get settled.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle fridge, pots, plates, glasses and cutlery. A washing machine/dryer is also available for you to use.

The bedding configuration is as follows:
Room 1: King bed
Room 2: 2 x King Single beds
Room 3: 2 x King Single beds
Living Room: Sofa bed – Bedding and linen in the black storage boxes outside on the front porches. Bedroom blinds are white wooden shutters.

Smaller 2nd bathroom is sectioned off within the main bathroom area. The bathroom and shower has a frosted glass partition as a wall with an exposed gap before the ceiling.

Look across the road at the stunning view of the tallest tower in Sydney, Crown Tower and the Barangaroo precinct.

Water from showering may come out through the gaps in the shower screen door. Bathmats and squeegee will be provided to help mop this up.

High Street at The Rocks is situated on an escarpment above Hickson Road, with views overlooking the Girri Girri steps, Nawi Cove and Barangaroo. The site is a part of a group of Federation era terraces/cottage flats (2-36 High Street) designed by Walter E. Sofa bed are not made as they will take up the whole living room walking space. Please make them when you need to use them. The pillows and blanket for the sofa bed are in the bedroom cupboard.

PARKING:
I can provide daily street parking permits per calendar day per car so you can park on the street right outside the house. I only have a few so please check with me on availability if needed.
Wilson Secure parking station at Barangaroo Hickson Road 5 minutes walk away. You can check their website for their price based on what time you want to use it. The street parking right outside the apartment is metered between 8am and 10pm and you can purchase parking tickets from the street parking meter with a maximum of 2 hours at a time. It costs approximately $8 per hour.

HERITAGE & HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE
High Street at The Rocks is situated on an escarpment above Hickson Road, with views overlooking the Girri Girri steps, Nawi Cove and Barangaroo. The site is a part of a group of Federation era terraces/cottage flats (2-36 High Street) designed by Walter E. Adams, constructed c.1911 and developed by the Sydney Harbour Trust for the waterside workers as a part of the post-plague redevelopment of The Rocks, Dawes Point and Millers Point. As such it is a rare example of a comprehensive urban renewal scheme in NSW.
