The space
Enjoy the beautiful c1800’s Georgian style architecture while in creature comforts of the new renovation with high end appliances and furnished with beautiful modern fittings.

Free unlimited WIFI. Essentials including toiletries, coffee and tea will be waiting for you to help you get settled.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher oven, gas stove, microwave, toaster, fridge, rice cooker, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery and Nespresso machine (BYO standard pods). Gas BBQ is available on the outdoor terrace for use for AU$50.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with ceiling fans, portable airconditioning and heaters.
Room 1: Queen bed + Single Bed + Single Trundle
Room 2: Queen bed
Room 3: Double bed + Single Bed
Bathroom 1 is upstairs and has a bath tub with shower, toilet and basin.
Bathroom 2 on the ground floor has a toilet and basin only with the clothes washing machine & dryer.
Towels and bed linen provided.

Wilson Secure parking station at Barangaroo Reserve on Hickson Road 5 minutes walk away. You can check their website for their price based on what time you want to use it. The street parking right outside the apartment is metered between 8am and 10pm and you can purchase parking tickets from the street parking meter with a maximum of 2 hours at a time. It costs approximately $8 per hour.

HERITAGE & HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE
Millers Point is one of the earliest areas of European settlement in Australia, and a focus for maritime activities. Merriman Street contains housing groups of the utmost historical importance. Merriman Street contains a substantial collection of Georgian style Victorian terraces. It contains residential buildings and civic spaces dating from the 1830s and is an important example of C19th adaptation of the landscape.

Comfy House Darling Harbour ICC Chinatown Sydney

Stylish & warm 3 bedroom heritage listed terrace house in Darling Harbour.
2 blocks away from the International Convention Centre (ICC), Powerhouse Museum, Paddy’s Markets, China Town, Factory Outlets, Ian Thorp Aquatic Centre and an abundance of famous foodie restaurants that I will provide a list of.
5 minutes Uber ride (or 15 mins walk) to The Star, Sydney Fish Market, Sydney CBD, Aquarium, Barangaroo, Hyde Park, Central Station and all major attractions.

Bedroom configuration:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed + single bed (upstairs)
Bedroom 2: Double bed (upstairs) with views of Sydney Tower and the city skyline
Bedroom 3: Single bed and Single floor mattress trundle (ground floor)
Upstairs bedrooms have blockout material curtains and downstairs bedroom has Venetian blinds.
Free WIFI, 3 bedroom, 2 storey with a split system airconditioner on each floor. Well designed self contained house.
Scandinavian designer bathroom, marble dining table, kitchen and living room with King Furniture leather lounge are on the ground floor.
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, Smeg gas stove, oven, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, Nespresso machine (BYO pods).
Essentials including shampoo, body wash, coffee and tea will be waiting for you to help you get settled.
Stairs are the original Victorian style which are steep with short treads so can be difficult for people with limited mobility. It’s newly carpeted and my 3 year old has no problems using it.
