The space
Welcome to Project Pyrmont. This is a historic Victorian mansion in pyrmont. Designer renovated with large stone bath tub, full kitchen, smart TV’s ready to play your favorite Netflix/Prime, PlayStation 5 and lots of places to lounge.
Guest are entitled to a $100 discount at Star Cosmetic Medicine!

General
– 1 enclosed bedroom with king bed + 1 capsule open bedroom with queen bed + 1 bathroom apartment. If you have a 5th person, we can provide linen for them to sleep on the couch. Please not that the couch may not be very comfortable or long enough for tall people.
– Located one level of stairs up. There is no lift so you must climb stairs to get to the apartment front door.
– The downstairs is a medical practice commercial business that shares a common lounge area. Please do not enter the business on the left side sliding door.

Guest access
– Once you are given the combination code for your door- you have 24 hrs access to your space.
– To access the property, from Paternoster Row, the building door is accessed off the street. Go through the open kitchen area (this is for the commercial business downstairs) up the stairs and it is the door directly in front of you. Has the words “Door 2” on it. You’ll have access to the entire property when you stay here, so it will feel like your own home.
– The property is keyless.
– There is one flight of stairs inside the building to access the apartment.
– A separate additional self contained bedroom is available on request.

Other things to note
– Onsite parking maybe available on request for $50 per day.
– There is one flight of stairs inside the building to access the apartment entry door.
– The capsule bed is situated in the hallway between the kitchen and lounge room.
– There is no laundry available in the property. Laundry shops 5 minutes walk away on Harris Street.
– No pets allowed.

The space
3 bedroom self contained home.
Essentials including unlimited wifi internet, coffee, tea, kitchen basics and toiletries will be waiting for you to help you get settled.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery and Nespresso machine (bring your own pods or purchase 10 for $10 from me. A washing machine/dryer is also available for you to use.

The bedding configuration is as follows:
Room 1: King bed
Room 2: 2 x King Single beds
Room 3: Queen bed
Living Room: Sofa bed – Bedding and linen in 2nd room wardrobe
Bedroom blinds are white wooden shutters.

The magnificent tallest tower in Sydney and the surrounding Barangaroo precinct is being built on the waterfront at Barangaroo which may have construction noise during the daytime only. Being right in the middle of Sydney you may also hear the hum of the city.

It costs approximately $5 per hour.

HERITAGE & HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE
High Street at The Rocks is situated on an escarpment above Hickson Road, with views overlooking the Girri Girri steps, Nawi Cove and Barangaroo. The site is a part of a group of Federation era terraces/cottage flats (2-36 High Street) designed by Walter E. Adams, constructed c.1911 and developed by the Sydney Harbour Trust for the waterside workers as a part of the post-plague redevelopment of The Rocks, Dawes Point and Millers Point. As such it is a rare example of a comprehensive urban renewal scheme in NSW.

2 blocks away from the International Convention Centre (ICC), Powerhouse Museum, Paddy’s Markets, China Town, Factory Outlets, Ian Thorp Aquatic Centre and an abundance of famous foodie restaurants that I will provide a list of.
5 minutes Uber ride (or 15 mins walk) to The Star, Sydney Fish Market, Sydney CBD, Aquarium, Barangaroo, Hyde Park, Central Station and all major attractions.

Scandinavian designer bathroom, marble dining table, kitchen and living room with King Furniture leather lounge are on the ground floor.
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, Smeg gas stove, oven, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, Nespresso machine (BYO pods).
Essentials including shampoo, body wash, coffee and tea will be waiting for you to help you get settled.
Stairs are the original Victorian style which are steep with short treads so can be difficult for people with limited mobility. It’s newly carpeted and my 3 year old has no problems using it.
