The space

Views of the iconic Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour. Beautiful native birds such as Rainbow Lorikeet and Cockatoos come visit the apartment daily.
Located in the affluent suburb of Kirribilli where your neighbour is the Australian Prime Minister who lives down the road.
Featuring high end Smeg kitchen appliances, this self contained apartment is newly setup with quality furnishings.
Free unlimited WIFI, smart TV, Apple computer, work desk, reclining leather sofa, heaters and air-conditioners to keep you warm in Winter and cool in Summer.
1 bedroom with Queen bed and ensuite bathroom.
1 Queen airbed can be provided to fit in the living room. When inflated, it will take up the floor space of the living room. If you require to use the airbed, please advise me 48 hours before arrival so I can organise linen for you in the property.
A functioning family home that is generously shared on Airbnb. As such, personal items will be in cabinetry & stored inside the apartment.

PARKING:
There is 1 free secure onsite underground parking. Maximum height limit is 1.85 meters. Accessible at B3 of the apartment. The underground parking garage gate can be entered via the garage on the left side of the property with allocation of 1 space belonging to the property. The remote will be attached to the house keys.
Street parking is free between 6pm to 8am and has a 2 hour free parking limit between 8am to 6pm.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery and Nespresso machine (bring your own pods or purchase from me). A washing machine/dryer combo is also available for you to use.

Kirribilli was home to several politicians in the critical Federation-era of the 1890s/1900s when Australia’s colonies came together as a Commonwealth. It is still home to the Governor-General and the Prime Minister a few doors down from this property. Kirribilli is an Aboriginal name. The point was a favourite fishing spot for the Cammeraygal people.

Sofa bed are not made as they will take up the whole living room walking space. Please make them when you need to use them. The pillows and blanket for the sofa bed are in the bedroom cupboard.

The street parking right outside the apartment is metered between 8:30am and 10pm and is free for a maximum of 1 hours at a time. Parking is free and untimed on Sundays and between 10pm at night to 8:30am the next morning on weekdays.
