Split bathroom where one bathroom contains a shower and basin. The other room contains the toilet and basin. This is helpful for families to get ready without needing to share one bathroom space.

Kids play ground right across the road with a public BBQ area. Barangaroo Reserve right across the road. Swimming hole using the ocean water is 3 minutes walk near Hickson Road.

There is The Cutaway exhibition hall across the road under the ground, so some noise may be experienced during the day time when they are working inside or holding exhibits.

The living room has a fold out sofa bed and 2 x reclining chairs. Towels and bed linen provided.

Please request for bed linen if you are planning to use the sofa beds, upstairs roll out trundle or needing to extend the outdoor single bed into a queen bed 48 hours before your arrival.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle fridge, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery and Nespresso machine (bring your own pods or purchase 10 for $10 from me.. A washing machine and dryer is also available for you to use.

The magnificent tallest tower in Sydney and the surrounding Barangaroo precinct is being built on the waterfront at Barangaroo which may have construction noise during the daytime only. Being right in the middle of Sydney you may also hear the hum of the city.
